An extensive array of special services for adults across the life span is offered, including inpatient and outpatient treatment, as well as individual, couples, and group therapy.
Adult Consultation Service (405) 271-5251, Ext. 47648. The Consultation Service coordinates psychiatric consultation and liaison with emergency services along with outpatient consultations and treatment at the OU Health Sciences Center. Services provided include diagnostic assessment, medication management, and psychotherapy to patients suffering from a broad range of medical-surgical complications, neurological impairments, complex disorders, and chronic treatment refractoriness. Patient care is closely coordinated with other medical specialties.
